The inky blacks and deep colors make a very good viewing experience. The setup was a breeze, you can use Samsung smart things app to finish the entire thing. As soon as the setup finished, the TV quickly updated to the latest firmware. When watching HDR content, the display truly shines. The Vision AI companion button is helpful in getting some insights on the content playing on the screen or anything in general. The speakers on the TV are surprisingly good with dolby atmos. Tizen tv OS is very easy to navigate and looks elegant. If you have more Samsung devices, its easy to share content between the devices and the TV. This is such a fun and nice product to have at home.

Picture quality is where I was most skeptical. I’ve used other OLED brands for years, so I wasn’t sure how this would compare. But honestly, it holds up. The picture is crisp, colors look great, and it feels like a true OLED experience. Sound is better than expected too, I’m not using a soundbar and it still sounds solid. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it. It feels like Samsung is right there competing with the top OLED brands now, and I’d seriously consider them again next time.

Watching my favorite anime shows on it has been a breeze, and I have been very happy to see high-octane action scenes play out in such a grand picture. The interface itself is also speedy and responsive, i do like the fact that the remote has solar cells too so if i leave near my window it will stay charged or at least allow itself to not die as often otherwise. The side profile is surprisingly thin in person and it’s impressive how much picture quality they packed into something that slim. Setup was easy and the legs were simple to attach without any issues. It’s a little heavier than another Samsung model I own, but maybe that comes from the higher end tech inside. The picture quality is where it really stands out. Colors look rich and accurate, and the contrast is a big improvement over what I was using before. I’ve been playing my Nintendo Switch on it and games like Zelda look incredible. OLED brings out details that regular LED just can’t match. The sound quality has been excellent on its own, even without a soundbar, so I haven’t felt the need to add anything else. With all the streaming apps already built in, I haven’t needed to plug in anything extra. The smart interface is clean, quick, and easy to use, and everything loads smoothly. Overall, I would definitely choose this TV again. It’s a solid upgrade and the picture quality alone makes it worth it. The solar powered remote is also a nice touch and something I hadn’t seen before.

I can now watch the TV without closing all of the blinds due to window glare. I live in Arizona so bright light and glare can be tough. Now, with this TV, I can watch it without closing the window blinds. The black color is really black and needed to be adjusted so it looked realistic. The size is great for what I needed. Other than the sound issue, I am really satisfied with the TV.

Our other TVs and soundbars are all Samsung, so we know the quality. But then, based on the space and the size, which one would be the best? After some research, we landed on the S85D series for many reasons: it is fully loaded on specs, the design style, the sound features, and, again, it is a Samsung, so it will fit perfectly with our other devices, not to mention, it is reasonably priced within TVs on the same category. When the TV arrived, we went through the typical unboxing, setting up the space (wall-mount) and getting all the accessories connected. This is the first TV we purchase in a while, so our first impression was the speed of the set-up. Once everything is plugged in and you turn it on, it takes to through a series of screens that make it really easy and simple to be up and running in no time. It is very user friendly. Then, came the time to check the actual quality of the image and sound and I can honestly say that it exceeds expectations. The colors, the contrast, the sound are as advertised! The new menu and navigation make it very easy to jump from content apps to cable TV and the response time is great, so, overall, I can say that we are very satisfied with our purchase and recommend it to everyone.

The remote is super simple, with quick buttons for Netflix, Prime Video, Disney, and Samsung TV. The picture quality is excellent, and setup was a breeze. I just scanned a QR code and was logged in within minutes. The sound is okay, but I’d recommend getting a soundbar because the loudest setting isn’t very loud. This TV has a ton of features.

After getting the correct bolts to mount it to my existing setup (M8 machine screws, 1.25"), I was able to get everything installed without issue. I paired the TV with my new Samsung Music Studio 7 speaker, and using the Q‑Symphony feature, the TV and speaker work together to deliver really impressive sound. It’s a noticeable step up and fills the room well. One of the biggest improvements for me has been the lack of glare. In my living room, I usually deal with reflections from daylight and overhead LED lighting, but that’s no longer an issue. Watching during the day or at night has been a much better experience overall. The picture quality is outstanding. The image is extremely crisp, and blacks are truly pitch black without the light bleed you typically see on more basic HDTVs. I connected both an Apple TV and a Fire TV Stick, and everything looks fantastic on this display. I also appreciate how seamlessly the TV integrates with the Samsung SmartThings app. Having additional control and getting notifications — like alerts from the washer or dryer — is a nice bonus that fits well into my existing setup. I would highly recommend the OLED experience to anyone who hasn’t owned one yet, especially if you’re not impressed with your current TV’s performance or struggle with glare. This TV has been a major upgrade in every way that matters to me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a high quality TV, real luxury. Samsung TVs are the ultimate in TV entertainment. This OLED isn't as bright as my previous QLED but that is the big difference between QLED and OLED in my opinion. It's extremely easy to setup and automatically finds anything that you attach to it, like Sky or EE box, surround sounds, playstations etc and you can then easily switch to these through the source button, anybody could setup this TV. The only thing you need to do is connect to small feet to the bottom of the TV which act as the stand. The sound of this TV is very good, does it give a surround like sound, unfortunately not but you wouldn't need the volume too high to get a crisp clear sound and there are different settings for when you listen to music etc which does enhance the sound. The remote control is very simple to use and if you want you can also connect your smartphone to it which enables you to control the TV from your phone. It has a screensaver on the TV which comes on if your on apps if you've not touched it for a while which is great for energy saving. The remote also gives options to automatically go to apps like amazon and YouTube which makes it easier. There is also a smart TV remote which is exactly the same but a lot smaller, and is solatlr powered and charges through light. All in all a high quality TV, 55 inch is a perfect fit for our front room, it's ultra slim and can be fit yo a wall and has the brackets within the box. I always say go as big as you can with a TV as long as it fits. If you do purchase this you won't be disappointed.

But when I connected the Samsung OLED S85H for the first time and saw the dazzling display of colors, I felt someone had removed a filter of dullness from my eyes, and that now I was actually seeing what true colors were really like in my living room! Now, this is not my first rodeo with OLED screens. My cellphone and PC monitor are both OLEDs. But there is a marked difference from watching an OLED screen of 7/24 inches, to one of 55! The smart functions of the TV have all of the streaming apps you need, and it even has XBOX Game Pass remote included, so if you have a good connection, you can actually play Game Pass games on this TV with just a controller. The TV detected my soundbar without issue, and the setup only took like 10 minutes. The image quality of this TV is magnificent. The blacks are real blacks, not grey like my old TV. The colors pop with dazzling brightness and contrast, and the TV has different safeguards and functions to protect the OLED display from any burn-in. I connected my game console to the TV, and gaming here is a delight as well. Overall, this TV showed me how much TV technology has advanced in the past few years. I now regret not getting a Samsung OLED TV sooner, since I could have been enjoying my media consumption exponentially more. But better late than never! This is the best TV I have ever owned, and I would 100% recommend it to anyone.

We also paired this with our Samsung Music Studio 7 Speaker. You can also utilize the Q-symphony feature to get a more immersive sound between the TV and speaker. I love how vibrant and crisp the picture is. The colors are bright and more photorealistic. I can also see the TV much better because of the brightness and the anti-glare features of this TV. Watching TV when it's bright out or when we have the overhead lights on at night is no longer a problem. The TV is also equipped with many apps, so there's no need to add on a streaming device. I find the software to be more user-friendly and smoother than older iterations.

Picture quality is mind blowing with a brightness that looks superb in even a well lit room. During setup the tv prompts you to sign into your samsung account and port your settings from the other TVs, this is an incredible time saver and takes the hassle out of setting up a new TV. No se cual es el motivo de que mientras estoy viendo una película o un programa cualquiera mediante la antena (no mediante fibra óptica de Movistar), el sonido fluctua, sube y baja sin motivo alguno. He tratado de establlizarlo buscando alguna función de la configuración, pero aún no la he encontrado. Tengo otros tres televisores Samsung en la casa y con ninguno me pasa eso con el sonido. I plugged in this TV 4 months ago ( X-mas specials) and we could not be more pleased with is 65 inch Qled TV. THe design is slick, the frame is slimmer than my previous 4D tv. The image is as sharp as we can imagine ( please note that we paid the extra for the hi-performance faster processor so I have not tested the regular image at home) and I can test it as I watch a lot of tennis on TV and this is how you can test your TV speed . The sound was OK but we still added a sound bar for an ultimate TV experience. Any issue I have with this TV is due to my signal provider and not to SAMSUNG. There are so many channels on Samsung TV that I do not go there in case I get lost in cyber space (LOL) .

At times the apps take forever to actually use them. When I click the following apps, Netflix, Prime I get a black screen as if the TV is off. I try again about 6x and then it they open. Go through the motions and black screen again. I do turn off the tv several times to try and refresh it and after several and multiple attempts it works or I end up just watching regular TV. The issue is not all the time but most times and it gets annoying. I’ll be contacting warranty and see if this issue can be resolved. *Picture is amazing, easy set up and use my old sound bar and works amazing. I will still buy this product but I probably got a wonky TV.

Great TV, picture color sharpness are all stunning. Can be a little bit confusing to use a lot of apps to figure out a lot of settings that don't tell you how to change. Most annoying. Was it automatically would switch to Tubi channel on the Roku device but I didn't have that downloaded so I had to back out of a lot of screens before I could actually use the TV every time I turned it on. Once I turned off the autoplay last channel setting it stopped doing that. Other issue has been every time I turn on the PlayStation it switches into game mode and tries to get me to play games on the TV itself instead of taking me to my PlayStation that I turned on. Nevertheless, quality wise Samsung still makes a top-tier product.

Easy to see the inky black colors against any image on the screen. We frequently watch movies, which really show off the 4K playback, but it impressed me more when watching non 4k content. 720-1080p content, the upscaling is great. Cannot tell you are not watching 4k content. The viewing angles are great too, for a bedroom tv in the center, I can watch it from the side at my desk with out loosing any detail. Sound is not bad for such a thin tv, but the included Q-symphony allows you to pair other Samsung Bluetooth speakers for more immersive experience. The new UI is also very easy to navigate, did not take long to learn where everything is. Easy to find Apps, fast and snappy. My kids love the automatic game mode, it's like it cranks it up a notch, all their games look so much better. The rather plan on this than their monitor. We use SmartThings are home, and this OLED allows us to control our home from our TV how great is that. Over all we are loving this OLED, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great TV for any place in your home.

Compré este producto hace un año, la compré junto con la barra de sonido Q990 y honestamente estoy muy decepcionado de ambos, la conectividad es pésima, presumen mucho de que son productos con conectividad inalámbrica pero se desconectan a cada rato y es muy molesto estar viendo una película y que a mitad de la nada se va el audio porque la barra se desconectó y cuando quieres pausar para esperar a que se vuelva a conectar, el control remoto tampoco responde… abres la app de Smat things para usar el control remoto digital y tampoco responde. Para ser productos tan caros resultan ser una porquería. No los recomiendo y si pueden busquen otras marcas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv lives up to Samsung's brand reputation. Starting with the unboxing process, Samsung made it very easy to open the box and remove the tv. The setup was easy. The legs/stand installs with easy. I had the TV powered on in less than 10 minutes. Things I like: * The remote control is very simple and easy to use. The voice controls work well * The TV's bezel is only a 1/4 inch thick * Connecting to WIFI and ethernet was a breeze. The tv automatically installs the latest firmware updates * The picture is impressive. It's very bright and sharp. The deep blacks add to the detailed picture * Casting content to the tv is very straightforward * The sound is decent for a flat screen tv. Realistically, I would not expect too much in the way of impressive from a flat panel. Things that can be improved: * The Samsung Smart Things user interface needs major improvements. It is not the easiest menu system to navigate * You must sign up for a Samsung account to install apps on the tv * The user interface freezes from time to time Overall, I would recommend this tv simply for the impressive picture. It's what Samsung is known for, and they did not disappoint with this new model. I personally use my Chromecast to cast content to the tv.

En conjunto con la barra de sonido HW-Q990C, simplemente es un gran descubrimiento. El sistema Q-Simphony es espectacular. Sin duda en una televisor que ofrece un gran rendimiento, calidad de imagen y como he dicho anteriormente un sonido espectacular. Facilidad de configuración a través del galaxy S23+ (en mi caso). Un televisor para disfrutar descubriendo nuevas características. Totalmente recomendable su compra. No defrauda.

My previous one was just a 32" Full HD which is super responsive(still working well right now!) for the past 12 years. My other TV was a 55" Google TV which obviously has a better OS compared to Tizen. S85D OLED 4K TV (2024) has perfect OLED panel, correct brightness, magnificent colors and average Audio. The problem is the Tizen OS. It's so sluggish, sometimes it's not responding when we just turn on the TV. I mainly use this TV for Streamings and Blu-ray watching. Not for gaming. This might be my first and last Tizen TV

En positif : - L'image est très belle, le contraste est superbe En négatif : - La TV ne supporte pas le format DivX donc oubliez la lecture de tous vos anciens films encodés dans ce format - La TV bug au bout de quelques jours et les changements de chaines prennent environ 10s. Solution : Faire un "cold reboot" en maintenant appuyé le bouton power jusqu'à l'apparition du logo. Hallucinant pour une TV de ce prix. Je précise que le logitiel est à jour - L'interface est sortie tout droit d'un cerveau malade. Par ex, pour regarder la TNT, il ne faut pas aller dans l'onglet "En direct" mais fouiller dans le menu "Pour vous". Imbitable :-(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the entry-level OLED in Samsung's 2026 lineup, this model doesn't come with the anti-glare coating that I am a big fan of, so it's more of a bedroom / basement TV than a bright living room TV. The upside of the lack of coating is the improved contrast and black levels, which makes a difference when you're watching night scenes in sci-fi or horror movies. With HDR10+ support now available across Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, Apple TV+, and Paramount+, the lack of Dolby Vision is no longer an issue. This TV brings you the best of 4K and HDR, with no compromises. The processor on this TV is also pretty good at upscaling non-4K content. The overall user experience is pretty smooth, and Tizen OS has gotten pretty fast and responsive. The SolarCell remote light charging is pretty useful, it's nice not worrying about charging, but I really wish that Samsung would bring back the Input button or allow for a custom button. You will definitely want to pair this a soundbar, ideally a Samsung one to get the most out of the center channel Q-Symphony setup, although the feet on the TV makes the placement of certain soundbars a bit more tricky if you are not wall-mounting the TV. If you've never used an OLED before or are looking for a home theater dark room TV, the S85H is the perfect way to get started. After trying it out you will find it hard to use any other type of TV again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a Samsung guy and always buy Samsung products. I am very impressed with this TV! This a big upgrade over the regular OLEDs. If you're coming from a standard HD TV that you picked up for couple hundred bucks, you are going to be blown away at the quality. The colors are so bright, vibrant, eye-popping, and just breath taking. And the blacks are TRUE blacks with NO pixelation whatsoever. The TV has many great features, such as ambient lighting, many applications, built in voice AI of your choosing (Alexa or Google Assistant), like older models you get Samsung TV Plus for free with tons of channels, and screen saver mode, which you can add any picture you want. And while some people do not like the new interface, I think it's very simple, well organized, and easy to use. The remote controller is still slim, like last generation. If you're coming from a convential remote with numbers and tons of buttons, it may take a little time getting use to as there is no number buttons on remote at all. If trying to go to a specific channel, voice AI is fastest and best way to do it. Has built in Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ buttons for quick access. Fun fact! The new remote does NOT take any batteries whatsoever. It charges via solar lighting (sunlight) when remote is upside down. How cool is that?! No more worrying about batteries dying. Gaming experience on this TV is phenomenal, with built-in in surround sound. Overall, this is the best Samsung TV I've ever had hands down, and I'm just blown away with the picture quality. If you're like me and love watching your favorite TV series and movies in the absolute best quality, then I highly recommend this TV!

We did have to turn up the brightness but that could just be personal preference. I am not a gamer but my husband hooked up his PS4 and even with the old system, the colors were bright and vibrant. As far as the sound goes, it’s fine. Not bad, not great. Typical built in speakers. Setup was really quick and easy. The remote is small with less buttons than we are used to but I’m not sure that’s a bad thing. We originally had the tv turning on when it detected motion. Sounded cool. Ours is in too high of a traffic area for this feature. I did smoke this morning when I walked into the room and saw good morning on the pretty screen.

Llevo usando este televisor desde marzo y hasta ahora la experiencia ha sido muy buena. La calidad de imagen OLED es excelente, con negros profundos, muy buen brillo y colores muy vivos. Lo uso principalmente para ver películas y series por las noches. Además, lo tengo conectado a una barra de sonido Samsung con Q-Symphony y el sonido mejora bastante, logrando una experiencia mucho más inmersiva. La integración entre ambos equipos funciona muy bien y el diseño ultra-delgado del televisor también se ve muy elegante en la sala.

Nice TV - very slim, great picture, good sound. No soundbar required. Easy to install. My only negative feedback is the new Samsung main menu on the TV, that now includes "progamme suggestions" menus, which can't be turned off by all accounts. It makes the main menu screen overly busy with items I do not want. TV is 5 star, but rating 4 star because of this added feature. Hoping Samsung remove this annoying feature in a forthcoming software update. My prior TV did not have this. Dear Samsung - I purchased a TV, not a customer marketing experience! Please include an option to remove this on future software update.

It was still working like new when we traded it in on our new unit a few months ago. We were actually skeptical that a new Samsung could be that much better than our old one. Wow! I am retired an watch a of shows movies,and sports.There some things I don't like,the TV starts on the app page,to get to regular TV on HDMI 1you have to wait or press buttons on the TV remote not the cable remote.One problem that really bothers me is the auto TV shut off. This model has 30,60,120,180,minutes.But it does not have As my other high end samsung had.They should know that 90 minutes is used more then all the other.Hope they can correct some problems with updates.

The colors are vibrant, the blacks are deep, and overall it delivers an amazing viewing experience. I gave it four stars because there’s one issue that bothers me: when I cast YouTube using Chromecast, the TV automatically switches into split screen mode, which I find unnecessary and annoying. I wish there were a setting to disable that feature. Other than that, it’s a fantastic TV.

Antes tenía un TV QLED de otra marca y aunque se veía muy bien, el salto a tener una panel OLED es impresionante. La calidad de imagen es excepcional, los negros muy puros y la nitidez excelente. Las películas en 4K se ven de otra forma. El sonido es muy bueno, pero aún así utilizo un sistema Home Cinema. La velocidad de menús y demás me parece buena, aunque todavía me estoy adaptando. El mando a distancia es muy pequeño y ligero, que lo hace ser mucho más cómodo de utilizar.

I watch a lot of sports and movies and this TV excels in color, viewing angles and with menus that are easy to figure out. I hooked the TV to a soundbar and I'm very happy with the purchase. The TV has bluetooth so headphones can easy be connected for anyone who is hard of hearing or for people who don't want to disturb anyone close by. I consider the tv a great deal for anyone looking for a new TV.

Cuando entré en Mediamarkt la Maquinista lo que le dije al vendedor es que queria una television Samsung que tuviera un buen sonido y buena imagen. Siempre he tenido moviles y televisiones Samsung, me ofrecen la maxima confianza. La verdad es que despues de instalarla estoy muy satisfecho. El sonido es genial, y era lo que mas me preocupaba. Y la imagen es muy buena. Una buena compra. Mi television está a unos 2,5metros del sofa y el tamaño de 55 pulgados es genial.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Movies look amazing in a dark room thanks to its near-infinite contrast ratio, with deep uniform blacks and bright highlights, with no distracting blooming. HDR content looks incredibly vibrant and lifelike thanks to its wide color gamut and high peak brightness in HDR. It's also excellent for watching shows in the day thanks to its high SDR peak brightness and superb reflection handling, and sports look fantastic thanks to its excellent uniformity and fast response time. It's a fantastic TV for gaming, with low input lag and a nearly instantaneous response time. It also has an impressive array of gaming features, including HDMI 2.1 bandwidth and variable refresh rate support.

Bought this TV about 4 months ago now and im super happy with it! The display and resolution are great and super vivid and we still havent removed the protective film (imagine that!). Thee sound is so good that we still havent added our sound system to it (thats how good it is). The connectivity is so useful and works really well too in terms of connecting out phones to it and using the remote from our phones on the app. Love this TV! There's so many great things about it, the fact that it can tilt as well is really useful as i can watch TV when not in the living room and am atill able to see the screen.

This model's size, screen refresh, resolution, and sound make it a product worth every dollar paid. In my opinion it is one of the best TVs I have had among the brands that I have been able to have during my years as a viewer. Samsung OLED is far superior to most brands. Excellent work, hoping that soon the prices will be more affordable.

The picture and software on this TV is truly above and beyond an other Smart TV we have purchased in the past. The apps and functionality are vast and highly intuitived. It linked to my Google Home and Smart things flawlessly and with the greatest of east. My only concern is that the TV froze multiple times once I completed installing my streaming apps. It sat for minutes then would work, then at times froze and I had to unplug the set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I watch a lot of TV. Maybe too much. For most programs - movies, drama shows, and sitcoms I have closed captioning turned on. No closed captioning for sports, panel discussions, or quiz shows. The volume of the audio varies all by itself. Sometimes too loud, sometimes too soft, but varying between these extremes in an annoying fashion. This happens less on sports shows and quiz shows. It has happened that forty minutes into a drama, after consistent volume, suddenly the volume gets much louder for a minute or so before returning to normal. If this is a feature, I have not figured out how to turn it off.

Turn off the Sound Sensor switch by using the button at the bottom of the TV, beneath the Samsung logo. With the TV on, you can push the button to the left to turn the sound sensor on or to the right to turn it off. 2. Try disabling some of the TV's intelligent functions, as these will automatically analyze and adjust your sound which may cause your volume to fluctuate. Go to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Intelligent Mode Settings and select Intelligent Mode to turn off all the functions or select each option to turn it off. 3. Please also make sure your TV’s firmware is updated. You can check this by going to: Menu > Settings > Support > Software Update. I hope these tips help. Instead, I also got a big upgrade to the quality of my software experience as well. I now use the native software on the TV for most of my media usage. The picture does look really good though. I stopped using the voice control pretty quickly, though. That wasn't as useful as I thought. But that is often the case with voice controls.

The default brightness is set to 100% and hence is too bright and need to adjust and set lower. The contrast and resolution is better than my 7 years old tv that i replaced. The down side is my old vcd player no longet can connect to the new tv as it only support hdmi and old technology is obselete. The new tv is also bigger than the old one and hence bettet viewing experience and colour is good as the resolution is higher.

Such as- not always does the volume work we have to hard reset the TV several times a day to get the volume to work. Sometimes the screen will randomly freeze and we have to reset the Tv. Using a TV remote app for it can be a pain it doesnt always reconize the device. I hate how some apps are not able to be utilize such as HBO Max is not available to get. My Vizio Smart 4k Tv is alot better and doesnt give me any problems then I expierance with my Samsung TV which I think is rediculous. The thing I do like is the gaming section in the TV where I am able to stream my games or play my games with out having to be connected to my console.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Q90F tv is a high quality performing tv with fantastic picture. Crystal clear from almost any angle. Very easy to set up with so many apps already installed to choice from. Navigating with the remote is easy and intuitive. Samsung really made it easy to enjoy all that this tv has to offer. Setting up the picture with the different picture modes really helps dial in how you like to watch tv. The warm tones are warm, bright colors are vivid, blacks are actually black. This is a great tv with multiple options to tune your viewing pleasure just like you want in. I would definitely recommend the Samsung S90F. You can’t go wrong!
